SHIPPING

All our products are sold on Amazon in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Sweden, Belgium and Holland. Amazon does all our fulfilment in all our marketplaces. They store, pick and pack all our products and ship them to our customers. All our products are Prime products, with all the benefits that brings to Prime members. In Europe, our products are stored in Amazon's European Fulfilment Network, enabling our products to be shipped from within the EU.

Because Amazon EU Sarl sells our products on our behalf, you are bound by Amazon's Terms & Conditions when you purchase from their sites. Please refer to your Amazon Help page for more information. 

CUSTOMER SERVICE & RETURNS

Amazon looks after our customer service. 

  • Amazon does our customer support: Cross-language phone/e-mail support, day and night.

  • Amazon handles our returns: they manage all customer service to do with returns, via their Online Returns Centre. Read more about Amazon's returns policies in your Amazon Help page.

A minimum of 99% of our ingredients are of natural origin.

Any non-natural ingredients meet strict standards, green chemistry principles and cannot exceed 2% of the formulation.

No endangered plant species are used.

No controversial chemicals, parabens and phthalates are in our products.

No synthetic colours, dyes or fragrances.
